NON-GMO products, use SPI, SPC, white flake, gluten, starch as materials, produced through double-screw extrusion, high-temperature & high-press. Similar to lean meat structure with chewiness, excellent structure, good water holding capacity and high emulsion stability. It can reduce cost when applying in meat products and achieve higher nutrition value.

Shelf life, storage, transportation and packaging

Maximum storage of 12 months from production date, when stored under ambient temperature, shady and cool, dry conditions, preferably below 25℃ at relatively humidity of 60% or less.

Transport in a clean lorry/railway or container at ambient temperature. Not to be transported with odor or volatile matters.
