Textured soy protein

Product description

The product is made of the isolated protein, soy protein concentrate, low temperature soy flour, wheat gluten and starch according to a certain proportion treated by extrusion, high temperature and high pressure, so it has good water absorption, oil retention and silky fiber structure, and its taste is more similar to meat, which is an ideal high-protein additives and accessories of soy products. Products include TW series, TC series, TF series and TB series.
