Product description

This product is made of non-genetically modified soybean with the good dustproof effect, higher gel formability, emulsibility, water and oil-holding capacity, higher adhesiveness in meat, and excellent color and flavor.

Range of applications

It is widely used in emulsified sausage, minced fillet, quick-frozen food and meat stuffing.
