This product is made of non-genetically modified soybean. Heat treatment eliminates all undesirable factors in soybeans without affecting the unique flavor and nutrition of soybeans. The product basically has no bean flavor but with good emulsibility, hydrophily, gel property, organization, colour modulation and foaminess, etc.
It is widely used in nutritious cereal and solid brewing drinks.
